Un-Named New England Style DDH IPA

Hazy IPA 6.9% ABV 55 IBU

A New England style IPA designed to be low on bitterness, but very high on hoppiness. Citra and Mosaic are the focus hops... and there are a lot of them. This is a naturally hazy beer, resulting from excessive dry hopping and a healthy addition of oat to the malt bill. The body is significantly thicker than traditional IPAs and the flavor is forward with tropical and citrus, with notes of mango and grapefruit.

Brewed exclusively with a relatively new hop, Sabro. Sabro hops were added at several intervals, including a sizable dry hop, to give a full range of the hops flavors and aromas, which closely resemble that of tangerine, coconut, tropical fruit, and stone fruit. Not overly bitter for an IPA, but strong on hop flavor.
